Where: In the hallway outside of the College of Nursing and Health Sciences
When: It is expected you submit background check forms during one of the below collection times
Monday, April 8, 2019: 10:30 am to 12 pm
Tuesday, April 9, 2019: 1 pm to 4 pm
Wednesday, April 10, 2019: 10:30 am to 1 pm
Thursday, April 11, 2019: 10 am to 1 pm
Friday, April 12, 2019: 1:30 pm to 4 pm
Why: The deadline for turning background check forms in for Undergrad Nursing and EHS students for the Fall 2019 semester is April 23, 2019.
