10. Participant Support  Up to $500.00 to remove barriers to employment  Can be used for – Required Clothing – Transportation – Credential Assessment – Licensing – Other

11. Second Career  Assistance – with Career Exploration – Researching LMI  Completing Application Forms  Application Submission to MTCU  Assistance with Job Search following training

12. TIOW  Needs Assessment & Development of a Return to Work Service Plan  25 hours a week for four weeks on-site career exploration, job search strategies, in-house training  Off-site training when required  Access to job development & training incentives
