9100/9110/9120:2009 Transition Supplemental Rule SR001 – (Located on OASIS) Facilitates transition to the 9100/9110/9120:2009 standards, including 9101:2009 Updated in Jan 2012 to include IAQG Executive Committee’s decision to change transition ramifications and KPI expectations. Transition audits must have been completed by July 1, 2012 Suspension if not complete If remaining transition audits are not complete by Jan 1, 2013 Withdrawal from Oasis (Why? – No CB surveillance for 18 months) Initial approval process required to obtain certificate

Transition – 9100/9110/9120:2009 Key Performance Indicators: Total Sites: 14,793 Certs Issued 10248 (69.3% of sites) Audits completed but no cert issued: 3726 (94.5% audits complete) Suspended Sites: 457 Audits not scheduled due to auditor resources: 100

SUMMARY Transition is progressing and on target for completion by Jan 1, 2013 Suspension action was taken to identify at risk suppliers (No CB surveillance audit in 12 Months) The total number of suspended sites in OASIS represent 3% of the certified sites KPI Data collection will continue through the remainder of 2012 The IAQG OPMT does not recommend any changes to the 9100/9110/9120:2009 transition rules.
