Assessment (WA)

13. What is the purpose of the WA?
To assess the CB’s process for performing the on-site audit of an organization.
This is accomplished by sampling the auditors that are performing these audits.
The WA starts before the on-site audit and continues after.

17021; During the audit, information relevant to the audit objectives, scope and criteria (including information relating to interfaces between functions, activities and processes) shall be collected by appropriate sampling and verified to become audit evidence.
