Paper one? What's it all about? Time: 1 1/2 hours

First read the instructions carefully First read the instructions carefully.Note: Normally, there are two possible texts for analysis, and you are to choose ONLY ONE. Next: open the paper and read the first couple of paragraphs of both of the texts.

Decide what type of text they are and which you are most familiar with. Is it one of the following texts?
