IMSA Procurement Version 2 How to Search State Master Contract Vendors Database Contracts are stored by Contract Number, Contract Title, Start Date and Expiration Date The Contract Title may or may not tell you if it has the item you want Find the contracts that have what you are looking for using the Search Box with Key words for the item you want. (start at slide 3) – If that does not work, you can try: Work your way down the Category ladder placing your item at each level Try a specific T-Number category that you think has your item in it If you find a contract title that seems to have what you want, open the Contract Number (see slide 7) Check to see if you can buy off of this contract by checking the Agency Designation (see slide 8 and 9) If yes, open the contract to see if they have exactly what you want and get the vendor(s) information (see slide 10 and 11) 2
