Allows Search by Contract #, Contract Type ( Pull down menu), Contract Keyword, Contract Status, Supplier Name, and Supplier Class Contract Types: Clemson Agency Contracts-Contracts procured by Clemson Procurement Services Unique to Clemson-Used by Clemson Clemson Contracts Clemson IT (Information Technology) Contracts Clemson Revenue Contracts Clemson SS (Sole Source) Contracts Clemson SSIT Contracts State Contracts State Contracts-Contracts procured by SC State Procurement Office Used by All State Agencies SC State IT Contracts SC State MMO (Materials Management Office) Contracts Supplier Class Clemson Supplier Contract New Supplier Most Preferred Supplier etc… Search for a Contract-cont’d

Example #2 - Contract # 6487- With a Price Increase If there was a price increase on a Contract (after the beginning date of the contract), the information would be by the Soft Copy as below: Shows Users: the Effective Date of the Price Increase Users can click on the Link to see the updated price increases
