CEM-STEEL Floor Decking Roof Decking Security Walls Non-Combustible Fiber Reinforced Cement Board With A Steel Sheet Bonded To One Side Floor Decking Roof Decking Security Walls

CEM-STEEL FLOORS Manufactured from non-combustible Plycem Fiber Reinforced Cement Board with a 26 gauge (0.019”) galvanized steel sheet bonded one side of the board. 17mm (5/8” nom.) minimum thickness for floor applications. 24” on center maximum span rated structural sheathing. Install with the steel sheet side down against supports. 4’ x 8’ boards – square edge or “V” groove (modified T&G) edges on the 8’ dimension of the boards. Plycem base sheet has achieved ZERO flame spread and ZERO smoke development in accordance with ASTM E84. Plycem base sheet is non-combustible per ASTM E136. One hour and two hour fire-rated floor assemblies in accordance with ASTM E119. Installed by carpentry trades with standard carpentry tools. Combines the workability of wood with the strength of concrete.

CEM-STEEL ROOFS 17mm (5/8” nom.) minimum thickness for roof applications. 24” on center maximum span rated structural sheathing. Install with the steel sheet side down against supports. Roofing shingles can be nailed onto Cem-Steel roof sheathing using pneumatically powered nail guns. 4’ x 8’ boards – square edge or “V” groove (modified T&G) edges on the 8’ dimension of the boards. Plycem base sheet has achieved ZERO flame spread and ZERO smoke development in accordance with ASTM E84. Plycem base sheet is non-combustibility per ASTM E136. Installed by carpentry trades with standard carpentry tools. Combines the workability of wood with the strength of concrete.

CEM-STEEL SECURITY WALLS 11mm (7/16” nom.) minimum thickness for wall applications. 24” on center maximum span rated structural sheathing. Install with the steel sheet side against supports.
