Goal 1 - Provide academic support to all students (with special emphasis on those who are struggling) through academic paraeducators: Improve on-time attendance per enrolled student by 10% over the previous year – GOAL MET!

Goal #1 - Provide academic support to all students (with special emphasis on those who are struggling) through academic paraeducators: Reduce the number of F grades earned per student by 5% over the previous year – Goal not met. – Shift in focus to moving to new school, shutting down 2 weeks early, lots of commotion. – Remediating by starting credit recovery a full 3 weeks earlier. Large attendance at this program.

Goal 1 - Provide academic support to all students (with special emphasis on those who are struggling) through academic paraeducators: Improve CRTs (Language Arts by 10%, Mathematics by 10%, and Science by 10%)

Goal 1 - Improve the percentage of students on track to graduate in 10th and 11th grade by 5 points over the previous year. Improve the graduation rate 5 points (Target 75%) 12 th Grade Then vs. Now – 2010 – 73.5% on track to graduate – 2012 – 76.7% on track to graduate – (68% Graduated) – 2013 – 85.3% on track to graduate 11 th Grade Then vs Now – 2010 – 67% of students were on track to graduate – 2012 – 77% of students are on track to graduate – 2013 – 74% of students are on track to graduate.

Goal #2 - To support student achievement by providing student assessment, teacher technology, technology integration, and systems support. This technology emphasis will enhance teacher-student communication and allow for the efficient use of instructional time. – 100% of Granger teachers will have a Canvas presence (in order to support communication through student technology) – CRT testing will be conducted with above 95% participation – Teachers will be able to develop an e-Portfolio system to provide students more practice time with classroom sets of devices. – All goals met!

Goal 3 - Support the existence of at least three additional course offerings available to Granger students, including college preparatory, and service courses. – Latinos in Action courses will continue to be offered to provide service and college opportunities to Hispanic and ELL students. These courses will improve academic performance in Hispanic and ELL populations. – Goal Met – The AVID program will continue to be funded, including training, travel, and professional development. – Goal met – Additional program needs (especially in sciences and advanced courses) will be funded. Specifically, stipend for an individual to explore advanced options (IB, etc.). – Goal not met
