Rationing The government was worried that as food became scarcer, prices would rise and poorer people might be unable to afford to eat. A danger that some people would hoard food and leave non for others. Vehicles Perhaps the best known fighters of ww 2 were armored fighting vehicles [afv’s], or tanks. Each superpower had dozens, often hundreds of tank types. Clothing It wasn’t just food that was rationed during world war 2. clothing also became scarce. Clothes rationing began on June 1, 1941, two years after food rationing started. Also clothes rationing ended on 15 march 1949. Coupons allocations decrease as the war progressed. Extra coupons were given to kids.

FUN FACTS During ww11 Scotland was bombed because it had lots of Cole mines, Factories and ship yards. Millions of germans were in prison for not fighting in.
