Global Gathering Volunteers Needed In an effort to make our Northwood vision statement a reality, we need your help! We are looking to have “Global Gatherings” this year in fourth grade.   Global Gatherings are a time when we invite parents and adult volunteers into the classroom setting to share their culture, their family history, a dance that is relevant to their culture, a food that your culture is known for or learned about, a fun place that you have traveled, or more. The set-up will vary depending on each volunteer; however, our goal is to have 15-20 minute gatherings. If you have something that you could share with our students, please list your name, what you would share, and time that works best for you. A sign up sheet is available at the side table. Please sign up tonight before you leave. We would love to have at least six global gatherings this year.
