Lapland University Consortium Library 1.1.2010 -> five library units: - Lapland University Library - Rovaniemi University of Applied Sciences Library - Kemi-Tornio University of Applied Sciences Libary - Arctic Centre Library - Library of the Lapland Institute for Tourism Research and Education ten library sites in three towns

Challenges in interaction Inside Three different organizational cultures Distances: 10 library sites in 3 towns (Rovaniemi, Kemi, Tornio) Means and tools for interaction among library staff Outside Means to create and increase interaction with customers: students, teachers, researches, tourists, enterprises etc. Means to increase interaction with interest groups, other libraries etc.
