ESPON 2013 – Overview (1/3) Mission of the 2013 Programme: ESPON: European Observation Network on Territorial Development and Cohesion ESPON 2013 shall support policy makers (all over Europe and at all levels) to design their policies by: providing evidence and comparable information on the regions, revealing territorial capital and potentials for their development, providing long term evolutions and perspectives.
