Warm up/Journal Angie is desperate. She manages to get through each day, but inside she feels as though her life is spiraling out of control. She’s confused and tries not let her fears and frustrations show. Angie knows she needs help, but doesn’t know who to ask. She’s afraid of what the person will think of her. * Write a list of 5 health “outlets” for Angie and why they would be valuable to her.
