Online- Log in page This is the log in page where you will be asked to enter your user name and password. If you have forgot your password you can use the ‘Forgot your password’ link. The online helpdesk telephone number is displayed at login, if any assistance is required.

Cancelling an air booking

Online- Air Cancellation Once a trip has been booked on the system there are 2 options to display again. The first is from the Travel Arranger Dashboard or User Dashboard depending if the trip is for yourself or another traveller. Click on the icon for the booking you wish to cancel.

Online- Air Cancellation Bookings on the home page are for trips for yourself as the traveller. Click on the flight that you want to cancel to display the options.

Online – Air Cancellation Ensure you are selecting the correct booking. Select Cancel Trip next to the booking you wish to cancel. There is also options at the bottom of the page to do this.

Online- Air Cancellation Confirm you are certain you want to cancel your booking. Click Cancel trip to proceed with the cancellation.

Online- Air Cancellation When your trip is successfully cancelled this will be confirmed at the top of the page. You may continue to active bookings from the link at the bottom.
