Malpractice What is Malpractice? Definition: Actions and practices which threaten the integrity of public examinations and certification, and or damage the authority of those conducting them. JCQ Introduction – Purpose of Session. Main Aim: to ensure that you understand Strathearn’s CP policy and it’s operation.
