5 Year 11 Leadership Programme Every year 11pupil has a leadership role Job descriptions – qualities/requirements – successful Applied for 2 posts at the end of Year 10 - Prefect, LSA Assistant, Charity Committee etc Recognised by their badge Begin to take on responsibilities – role models for younger pupils Personal Statement

10 Tracking Progress to Achieve Success- School February 4 th 2011- Final Report Grades collected and reviewed against target grades Action taken as appropriate February 9 th 2011- Parents’ Evening Sharing of information and advice for improvement

11 Tracking Progress to Achieve Success- School March 26 th 2011 – Selected Parents Evening May 16 th 2011 - FINAL Examinations begin!!!

12 Tracking Progress to Achieve Success - School Learning Coach – Miss Clough K Soos and staff will work closely with Miss Clough in monitoring pupils and giving them the necessary support (more later)
