Rehearsal Schedule Rehearsals are usually held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 2:30-4:00pm in the Tesago Music Room & Café. Starting December 18th weekly rehearsals will be until 5:00pm and later as we get closer to the performances. Updates to the weekly schedule will be posted by every Friday of the week prior. Not every cast & crew member will be called to every rehearsal. All students must be picked up by the end of rehearsal. Please contact a director in advance if there is a problem.

Costs involved T-Shirts ($10-$14) Tickets to performances ($6 - $7 each) Some costume pieces Hair/Makeup accessories

Rehearsals All students should have a drink and small snack for each rehearsal. All students should also have their script and a pencil with them at every rehearsal. Students should be focused and showing excellent effort at all times.

REMIND for important reminders and updates

WEBSITE www.tesagomusical.com This site and REMIND will be the primary method for communication. There will be a weekly schedule posted to the website by each Friday beforehand. All news and updates will be posted to this site.

Costume Requirements All cast members will be required to provide certain basic pieces (ex: shirts, shoes, tights, etc.). Notice will be given with what is needed and by when. Please reach out as soon as possible if you are unable to provide the requested costume piece.

Family Volunteers Please sign up to volunteer to help with the production in any of the following departments: Concession, Tickets, Costumes, Props, Hair/Make-up, Cast/Crew Party, Strike There will be a link on the website soon to do this.

Tickets / Ads / Shout outs Proceeds from ticket sales and ads go towards all production costs. Performance rights, sets, props, sound, costumes, lights, etc. Please consider placing an ad or “Shout out” in the program. Please contact local businesses to see if they are interested in placing an ad. Reserved tickets will be sold in advance to family and friends for $7.00 each. These will be seats close the front. All tickets sold at the door are $6.00 general admission.

Member Expectations All members of this club will work together, respect each other’s feelings and property and always demonstrate their best behavior during all rehearsals and performances. Cast members must always come to rehearsals prepared for the scene(s) that we will be rehearsing. (see website each week) Crew members must be ready to attend to any and all jobs assigned to them.

Miscellaneous Actors who are double cast will learn of their performance schedule within the next few weeks. Any club member who does not attend school, for any reason, will not be allowed to participate in the club that day. This is a district policy. NYC Trip

PARTY A Cast/Crew Party will be held between the two performances on Saturday, January 19th. Parent volunteers do a great job to organize food and games for the students in the Café. All Cast and Crew members will stay in between the performances.

Strike We NEED any, and all, help striking the show. During Strike set pieces, props, and costumes must be put away. The stage needs to be cleared, cleaned and returned to its previous state. This will take place following the last performance (approximately 8:30-9:30pm on Saturday, January 19th ). You can sign up to help with this online.
