PeopleLink Capability Review 1 Page Guide Completing the PeopleLink Capability Review   Expand and read the descriptors for each skill: Accessing the PeopleLink Capability Review   If you are accessing the system for the 1st time, click on the link from the intranet page or your email. If you are using an older PC/laptop make sure that you are using Google Chrome or a newer web browser (there is a guide to this on the PeopleLink intranet pages). Make sure you save the link as a favourite. From the ‘Home’ screen select ‘Review Forms’ from the main menu: Now select your review form from the list displayed: Use the radio buttons to rate each skill and add comments to support: Once you have finished ‘Submit’ the form or ‘Save and Close’ to return to it later. Discuss and agree your ratings with your Manager, who will then ‘submit’ their ratings. Once you have both ‘signed off’ the form the review is complete.
