The Bonner Lake parcel is 645 acres and is owned by the Wages family.

The Forest Legacy Program The Forest Legacy program protects “working forests” those that protect water quality, provide habitat, forest products, opportunities for recreation and other public benefits.

Boundary Connections Project Ensures that over 1200 acres of productive private forest lands are perpetually managed for timber harvest adding to the long term stability of this industry in Boundary County Ensures that the shoreline of Bonner Lake, a public fishing and recreation site, maintains a relatively undeveloped scenic quality Protects important big game winter range and critical habitat and connectivity for 5 T&E species
