Help! I’m not going to make it! What is your stress level as you look ahead to starting the school year? Help! I’m not going to make it! Suuuper relaxed

Additional Comments Amazing PD! Thank you so much! Best PD ever – seriously! Best PD yet! Love the energy! Can we request that our lunch has no sauce, and include packets for us to put on ourselves? Chick-fil-a is much better sandwich than what we had. Something different than sandwiches would be great also! I like doing the home visits but do them in the morning and have more time to plan them. Maybe teachers with siblings can go together. The table set up and assigned tables was great. Power points/data give would be nice to have sent out. Thanks for all your hard work!Excited for this year and all of it’s new challenges to face and conquer! Great job on PD! (3 comments) I LOVED having PD at the first of the week! So far it has made it much easier to implement the topics we talked about.

Additional Comments, cont’d I LOVE how each PD seems to be more and more relevant and interactive.  I love how many people are willing to help me as I start my first year! Great staff! I love our school. Thank you, leadership team – you inspire me to want to be better.  I really enjoyed PD. I feel we are on our way to having a great year. I feel that we all have the same goals in mind and the ability to reach them. I wish home visits were at home of students I actually teach. I also wish it was optional to do home visits. I would like to have 2 hours to do home visits. Our car discussed that it would be nice to have a “working lunch.”

Additional Comments, cont’d It was frustrating having the SPED Admin gone on Aug. 2. Issues are always raised when we’re together, and they were missed because we couldn’t get those questions resolved right then and there. Looking forward to a great year! I've been at the school for 4 years and every year we are asked to make a video. This is the first year we've had a training on how to do that. In the perfect world, we could youtube how to do it but I've just clicked buttons and done the best I can. I really like the sessions that help us save time. It seems like our teachers are experienced so the "philosophy" type of stuff is nice but what I feel we really need is things like the outlook tricks, excel tricks, things that help us better use our time and effectively. Those classes were sooo helpful. One of the best, if not the best, PD so far! Great job!

Additional Comments, cont’d Loved having choices and I felt like every minute was used – no wasting time. Thank you Admin team for putting this all together. I know it can’t be easy. Thank you for a fantastic 3 days of professional development! I am genuinely SO excited for the upcoming school year! Thank you for an amazing PD! Thank you for such a well thought out and put together PDs. It was one of the most productive meetings I’ve ever been to. Thank you so much for all of the hard work you put into these meetings. (2 comments) Thank you! (4 comments)

Additional Comments, cont’d Thanks for all of your hard work, Admin. Thanks for an awesome, relevant, productive PD! I felt like it was the best one I've been to yet -- so well-prepared, dense, and focused! Can I ask to please never get Maxi's Deli again, though? :) Haha Thanks for being the most AWESOME leadership team! I love working for UTVA!! The 2nd day's lunch (From Maxi's Cafe or something) was not very good. I liked the Firehouse subs though. I liked Chick-Fil-A when we did that in the past Great PD Thanks for putting together a great PD! I appreciated the time I had to work with my team. We felt productive.

Additional Comments, cont’d Looking forward to a great year:) Great Job on PD! We need internet at PD. It is frustrating not to have it. We are an online school. The organization of PD this year was incredible! Thanks for making us feel like we matter 
