Q3: New Wardens - Did you take up the offer of being met on site for your first shift? Did you find this helpful?. Answered: Skipped: 88 Yes, very helpful as 1st shift you feel a little lost. 5 Q4: How often do you think refresher training should be held?
Answered: Skipped: 6 Yes, when there’s new procedures/key changes. Training is very repetitive. Maybe a quick update for the experienced wardens if anything has changed. I think it’s good to build on experiences of the previous year. No two seasons are the same. It refreshes, updates & helps keep the team approach going. 65% 26% 8.7% Based on the feedback, the committee have decided to continue with the training every year but will monitor and revise content to ensure it’s up-to-date and not repetitive. Comments on more information about the seals and their lifecycle etc – we’re looking into this to see if we can provide a separate session on just this. IT again also looking at having some time after each training session for those that need more support.

6 Q5: Did the buddy system work well for you?
