Sending Notes to Each Other/Presenter Send Notes to Each Other Send Notes to Presenter Write and send a note 1. In the Participants list, click the name of the participant you want to send a note to, or rightclick on the participant's name and click Send Private Note. This opens the note popup that points to the receiving participant’s name. If you previously chatted with this participant, it’s displayed in the popup. 2. Write your note in the text box and press Enter on the keyboard. Send a note to the host, co-host and presenter Click the Actions button in the Participants panel and then click Send Note to All Presenters. Or, click Send Note to All Presenters in the Participants menu. 2. Type your chat and press Enter on the keyboard.
