Familiarize yourself with the virtual classroom interface Review rules of etiquette Polling Question – VC Experience If No – continue with slides If Yes – Remind participants - Use chat to ask questions and 63 to turn mute on and 66 to turn mute off Proceed to Slide 5 which displays help line.

2 Virtual Classroom Etiquette
CHAT/Q&A Use the Chat or Q&A panels to ask questions Use private chat (directly to the host) when you have to step away for a minute AUDIO If you do not have a mute button, *6 = mute and #6 = un-mute Do not place phone on “HOLD” THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION!

3 In Case of Difficulties….
If possible, send a private chat message to the host Close your web browser and re-log into the event Contact WebEx tech support at or for web conferencing issues Contact Intercall tech support at for audio conferencing problems Review with participants

4 To send a private chat to me (or co-presenters) simply type in the Chat field, select Host/Presenter from the Send To drop down menu and click the SEND button. You can select ‘All Participants’ from the menu if you wish to have your question viewed by everyone. To ask a question you can click on ‘Q&A’ panel at the top right of your presentation window (click for animation).

5 Viewing Features Alt + Enter = Full Screen View
Esc or the ‘Return to Main Window’ arrow = Return to Normal View When in Full Screen View, refer to the following panel tray: Tools Panel Participants Panel Polling Panel Video Panel To view the session in FullScreen press Alt + Enter on your keyboard. To return to normal view you can click on the ‘return to normal view’ icon on the panel tray (animation). Other panels on the tray includes (Note: Depending on permissions status, all panels on the tray may not be active): Move Tray – Allows you to move the positioning of the tray panel Tools Panel – Allow viewer to Participants Panel – Allows viewer to see open the participants panel Chat Panel -. Allows viewer to see open the chat panel Q&A – Allows viewer to open to the Q&A panel Polling Panel - Allows host to open the polling panel. Video Panel – Allows viewer to open the camera window (if applicable) Recorder Panel – Allows the host to set up the recording feature Now that I’ve covered some of the basics, do you have any questions before we proceed?
