I hope next week is a bit more reliable! This week we stayed busy working on clocks and telling time to the hour, star words, journal writing, hibernating animals and making our Dream Pillows! It was a great week! Next week Devon is participating in a food drive for our MLK Service Project. Bags are coming home today to fill and donate to help the Daily Bread Community Food Pantry. They are in need of items such as: hot & cold cereal, juice, canned meats, mac & cheese, spaghetti & spaghetti sauce, cake/cookie/brownie mixes, tea & coffee, and snack size foods suitable for lunches: crackers, cookies, granola bars. They also could use personal care items for all ages (but especially children & babies) such as: soap, shampoo, lotion, toothpaste, and toilet paper (the #1 non-food item request.)
