Role and function of PALS in: providing advice and information for patients their families and carers finding answers to questions sorting out problems recording and collating issues and concerns ‘early warning’ - highlighting issues

How PALS has supported MAGIC PALS involvement in MAGIC How PALS has supported MAGIC Identified examples of good and ‘not so good’ practice for training and development purposes Explained and publicised MAGIC during talks and visits throughout the local community Supported individuals to ‘have a voice’ and be part of decisions about their care and treatment
