Acrostic Poems & Reflections

Jocelin Agree with Making the best choices I can be relaxed Although I may be unsure of some things But I am willing to Learn how to be less dependent Even though it may be difficult !

What I learned about work-style behavior Is that I get along with almost all of them. But theres things where we didnt agree with, for example analytical people are different there more formal & serious. The drivers are more pushy and demanding and expressive people are really energetic. And Im a type of person that is willing to work hard and easy to get along with(:

Diana Almost always persistent Never disorganized Although I can be serious I will Learn to be less stubborn Yet still be cautious Task oriented Is the way people Can describe me Although I need to Learn to be more assertive !

Ive learned that different work- style behaviors can affect the way we work together. I learned amiable people can be very agreeable and are easy to get along with. Also that expressive people have great ideas. Although there are times when we get off task by talking so much. Although we make sure to finish the work.

Adriana Expressive is what I am X Xtremely Friendly Patient is what Im not Respectful is what I can be Energetic al sports Social able Seen as an Inspiring Very Enthusiastic person !

There are both negative and positive things that I have learned about myself that others can see but I am not alone. I can be very positive & negative, in order to change the negative into all positives I need to pay attention to all the things I do that are negative and control myself before I say or do them. Working in an environment there may be negative people but that doesnt mean I have to be negative also. People that set themselves as a positive leader can get more father then a person who is always negative.

Elvira Always dependable May be unsure In Actions But Like other to be courteous in a social Environment !

Some things I learned is that I get along with everyone on our team because Im in between analytical and expressive. I also learned that analytical people could be a little indecisive. Some things I also learn that expressive people are very talkative and they could get distracted really fast which was not good for our team.

A Although I can be picky N Nearly almost A Always organized L Like things orderly Y Yet I can be at T Times I Indecisive C Can A Always L Learn to be less stubborn ! Marcos

I learned that Analytical tend to be perfectionists, serious, and orderly. Analytical People are taste-oriented and unassertive, I have learned of myself to be serious, organized, stubborn, or even cautious at times but sometimes Im the complete opposite.
