Project Roles & Responsibilities Europe Project Roles & Responsibilities Role Responsibilities Steering Committee Provided the overall Immucor leadership throughout the life cycle of the project. Provides strategic program direction related to corporate objectives, priorities, business staffing, and budget. Country Team Leadership Provides strategic direction and key requirements specific to their respective geographical regions. Corporate Alignment Team Ensures the Europe deployment comply with global common core design. Provide needed resources to support the Europe deployment. Business Teams Leadership Brings Country Leadership, Corporate Alignment Team, and Business Leads together via timely communication. Provides oversight of the Europe implementation, and ensures the successful deployment by mitigation of the potential risks, and issues. PMO Oversees the management of project activities and deliverables. Primary ‘go to’ person to help resolve issues and overcome obstacles. Coordinates Core Team resources. Ensures the preparation & validation of appropriate documentation. Communicates project status to Immucor Steering Committee. Business LEAD Responsible for Immucor-wide business requirements. Ensures involvement of key users where required. Work closely with corporate alignment team to ensure the application of global common core design. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful system implementation. Responsible for day to day team management and status reporting to the PMO. Accountable for the creation of Process Diagrams, Business Process Documents, SOPs, and Work Instructions. IT LEAD Internal IT business analysts are involved from the beginning of the project to make sure the LN designs match the business requirements Key Users Responsible for providing input on Immucor’s way of working in the workshops, conference room pilots, end to end tests, and validation. Responsible for creating SOPs, and Work Instructions for respective areas.
