DCC Strategic Directions 2016-2020 The Journey so far… Following its election in 2014, DCC developed a two year ‘working strategy’ to guide it through 2015 & 16. March 2016 DCC held a Strategy Planning Day to start the process for next two synodical terms Inputs drawn from previous plan, Bishop’s visitation program, and plans of Councils Draft strategy was created and refined over several DCC meetings and engagement with Committees and key staff Ready for discussion at Synod
