3. Demographics - aging congregation and millennials who aren’t comfortable with the traditional church approach.
Limited volunteer and leadership resources
Location – CCU not on a main street to attract attention
Building – facilities not optimal to help the church move forward.
Spiritual Engagement – difficulty in attracting and retaining new people.
Community profile – mainly known for Spring Thing
Time – Some urgency to act now while we have the people, financial resources and the opportunities to make viable choices.
