Solidworks Computer-Aided Drafting Program LESSON 5-BOB Presenter Billy Fowler

Lesson 5-BOB 2D to 3D View Drawing Lines, Three point arc, Circles, Smart Dimension, Extrude and Extrude Cut

Sketch a Vertical Line from the Vertex

Use of Smart Dimension, Set Dimension @ 12”

Use the Three Point Arc, And click on the top and middle of line

Draw another three point arc, and use smart dimension and set the first arc @ Radius of 3”, and the second Arc @ 3.21”

Insert a Circle and set the dimension at 12”

Insert another circle, inside the previous circle and set it 6”

Use the Copy Entities, to Copy the letter “B” and place it along the same plane past the letter “O”

Insert two lines and position the lines with Smart Dimension

Apply three point arcs, and set the two arcs with the following Radius

Set the following lines at desired dimension

Do the Same on the Second Letter “B”

Extrude @ 3” and then Extrude Cut @ 3”, also
