Teach effectively by employing useful methods and approaches that facilitate learning. Pursue the scholarship of education, so as to improve teaching of faculty members and other educators or Extension agents. Extension is Applied Research Research / Creative Activity Scholarship UTK Faculty Handbook Page 11 Make intellectual and creative contributions through the scholarship of discovery and application.
