Lakes are an aquatic Biome 1. They are freshwater 2. They are home to many species of animals 3. Lakes are watersheds 4. The fish sense their way through the cloudy water 5. Beavers feast on water and sticks 6. Ducks dip their head down to eat and to swim they use their webbed feet to paddle them selves through the water
