AMENDMENT 21 – 1933 AMENDMENT 22 –1951 Repealed prohibition Made the 18th Amendment no longer valid The only amendment to void another amendment AMENDMENT 22 –1951 States that the president may not serve more than TWO elected TERMS

AMENDMENT 23 – 1961 AMENDMENT 24 – 1964 Gave residents of Washington D.C., the right to vote in presidential election AMENDMENT 24 – 1964 Anti-poll tax Forbids taxing voters before they may vote in national elections

AMENDMENT 26 – 1971 AMENDMENT 25 – 1967 Sets up the process that if a president is ailing he may pass the duties of office to the vice president Establishes the process then to fill the vacancy of vice president  New VP is appointed by President and approval needed by majority vote in both houses of Congress AMENDMENT 26 – 1971 Changed the voting age from 21 to 18 years old

AMENDMENT 27 – 1992 Prohibits Congress from voting itself mid-term pay raises
