It is generally less savoury than brunch, and might consist of some cake or biscuits with a cup of coffee or tea. Brunch is a meal eaten between breakfast and lunch, and is a substitute for both these meals (Brunch is eaten in the late morning). Afternoon tea or low tea is a small meal snack typically eaten between 4 pm and 6 pm. Supper –also dinner, but later and light.
