What is a biosphere? A biosphere is the part of Earth that supports life. Consists of: top portion of the Earth’s crust all waters that cover the Earth’s surface atmosphere that surrounds Earth Biosphere Egg – developed by Nasa Perfectly ecologically balanced mix of plant, algae and animal life surviving with daily input of light only.

An ecosystem consists of: All the organisms living in an area All of the nonliving features in their environment ALL biotic factors ALL abiotic factors
