Registration of Official Delegations All registration requests must be made via the online system “eAccreditation” that is available through the e-deleGATE Portal at https://delegate.un.int Guidelines on how to submit requests online and a set of “Frequently Asked Questions” can be found on the Protocol website at https://protocol.un.org Missions/Offices have the option to submit photographs of delegations along with their online registration requests and are encouraged to do so in order to avoid long queues at the Pass and I.D. office The deadline for submission of registration is Friday, 14 September 2018 All requests require at least 48 hours (2 business days) of processing VIP Passes are issued by UN Protocol and may be collected at the Protocol Office (Room S-0200) VIP Passes (without photo) will be issued to Heads of State/Government, Vice-Presidents, Crown Princes/Princesses and spouses VIP Passes (with photo) will be issued to Deputy Prime Ministers, Cabinet Ministers and spouses Note: Official credentials for the 73rd Session of the General Assembly should be received by the Office of Legal Affairs (Room S-3604 or S-3639) with a copy to UN Protocol (S-0200) as soon as possible

Secondary Access Passes Bearing in mind space constraints, as well as security considerations, passes will be made available as follows: Access to the General Assembly Hall for the High-Level Meetings taking place from 24 September to 1 October 2018 6 access cards for each member state 2 access cards for each IGO 2 access card for each Specialized Agency Access to the 2nd Floor of the General Assembly and Conference Buildings 4 access cards for each member state 2 access cards for each Specialized Agency

Secondary Access Passes (continued) The Secondary Access Cards will be distributed by the United Nations Protocol and Liaison Service on Thursday, 20 September 2018 between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. in Conference Room B (first basement) Thereafter, access cards may be collected in the Protocol and Liaison Service office at Room S-0200 during office hours For the General Debate, seats in the VIP Section A and the 4th Floor Balcony will be available upon written request to UN Protocol one week in advance by using form SG.40 which can be found on the UN Protocol website (https://protocol.un.org) Courtesy tickets for these sections will be available for pick-up one day prior to the speech Seating will be available in the VIP Section B for spouses of Heads of State/Government, Vice-Presidents, Crown Princes and Princesses during the Speech of the Head of the various delegations provided that the Chief of Protocol is notified in advance of their attendance at the session by using the same form SG.40

Additional Information Bilateral booths will be in 3 locations: The total number of bilateral booths is 28 4 on the 3rd Floor Balcony (GAB1 to GAB4) 2 on the 2nd Floor Balcony (GAB5 and GAB6) 22 booths in the General Assembly Lobby (GAL7 to GAL28) (where the exhibits are located near the Visitor’s Entrance) Reservations should be made through e-Meets by accessing https://icms.un.org
