Playing arrangements Aims: Provide competitive standard of hockey across the Club. Quality and effective coaching Fun & enjoyment Recruitment –↑adult membership by 20% over 5 yrs / ↑ junior membership by 20% over 3 years We all have a part to play! Effective communication – Pitchero Commitment to junior development ↑ number of internal coaches & umpires Encourage older members – vets teams

Playing arrangements What does our Club look like? 6 Men’s teams + Supervets 4 Ladies teams + Vets Dedicated development teams (M6, L3) Juniors U8 – U16 (girls & boys) Training: Men @ Birch Hill (Tues/Wed), Ladies @ Cantley (Wed) Matches: Birch Hill & Cantley Coaches: M1&2 – Steve Simpson, M3&4 – vacant, M5&6 – Neil Badley. L1&2 – Luce Streak & Zoe Yates, L3&4 – Kelly Leversuch-Roberts & Jenny Jones. Juniors – Headed by Jaypee Wenzell – Training Sundays @ Cantley.

Playing arrangements Captains – Who are they? Initial selection – pre-season training, open day. Ongoing selection – Selection policy/selection criteria to be published by 14.09.16. Selection meeting – every 3 weeks Teams on match day – 14 players. No subs until 11 players in each team. Team objectives: M1 & M5 – Promotion; Top 6 finish, positive goal difference and more wins than losses. Specifics TBC once Captains appointed.

Finance report Budget prepared for 2016/17 Overall Deficit budgeted of £3.8k investment in Juniors investment in paid coaches for Adults paid Administrator Reserves of £48k Longer term need to look for other income streams such as sponsorship and increase in membership Look at reducing costs by only having one Clubhouse next season
