About Us SnP Construction Inc. was established in March of Salvador Villaseñor Jr. is the founder of this company and brings over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Being an extremely organized and self-motivated owner of a quality and professional construction company he is an expert in both the residential and commercial components of the construction industry. Sal uses only the most experienced and respected individuals in their respective building-trade to provide the best quality work at the best possible cost. As an owner, his duties include, project managing the scope, time, cost, quality, risk and procurement of each project, on top of his hands on approach on the daily operations of each and every one of his projects. Salvador Villaseñor Jr. began his career during the summers of his Junior High School years as an apprentice to his uncle, framing apartments in the Thousand Oaks area. That experience combined with his work as a finish carpenter in the San Diego Area propelled him to become an assistant superintendent with Ashwood Construction. It wasnt long before his employer took notice in his managerial skills. He was soon after promoted to superintendent where his duties included but were not limited to scheduling of personnel, estimating, scheduling of projects, customer service, quality control and the overall management of million dollar plus projects. His excellent work began to take notice not only to his employers but also throughout the rest of the construction industry in Fresno County. He was approached by Mission Homes and was asked to join the company to maximize the efficiency with which homes were being built and to improve their customer service department. He joined as a Superintendent and soon thereafter, proving his worth; he was promoted to Project Manager. Within two years he was promoted to Senior Construction Manager where he oversaw the operations of the construction field for the entire company. During his time with Mission Homes he not only improved the output of homes by over 380% per year but also implemented a top of the line customer service department. As his experience grew so did his desire to venture into the entrepreneurial world. He soon founded SnP Construction Inc. With his tireless work ethic and his superb managerial skills he has had great success with his company to date and his company is growing at a rapid pace.
