DOT-COM Alliance Digital Opportunity Through Technology and Communication Partnerships—an Alliance of Three Cooperative Agreements for Information and Communication: dot-GOV dot-EDU dot-ORG

DOT-COM Alliance dot-GOV Helps nations establish and implement ICT policies and regulations to attract private investment, foster competition, lower prices, introduce new services, enhance network security, and expand access—especially to rural and socially disadvantaged populations

DOT-COM Alliance dot-ORG Integrates technology into development activities—e.g. government services online, civil society digital networks, farmers and local businesses accessing global markets, and training. Also ensures access for the traditionally disadvantaged (women, the poor, the disabled, and those living in rural areas).

DOT-COM Alliance dot-EDU Collaborates with host-country counterparts around the world in formal and informal education systems, information broadcasting, workforce development, and other areas to improve teaching and learning through technology-mediated innovations.
