If you are a first time user, click Enter Registration Key, then Continue 1 *Important: If you have already have a username and password from last year, you will not set up a new account. You will click sign in now. First time users, enter the Registration Key (Alief) and click “Continue.” Enter your Unique ID (this is your 6 digit employee ID ), and Date of Birth. Create an account by entering a username and password,  to accept, then click “Continue” 2  to accept Important: Save your username and password information for future use of the site and to access your results online. 3 Verify your information is correct and up to date. Select how you would like to participate in a screening : At an onsite event or a Patient Service Center (PSC) Click here After clicking Get Started, a new box will pop up with “Your Screening – schedule now. Click schedule now to get to the next screen. 5 When you select “At an Event” or “At a Patient Service Center” you’ll need to choose the appointment location and then select a date and time. For PSC appointments, you may choose the walk-in option to create an order that is ready to be filled at any PSC nationwide.. Click “Confirm” to confirm your appointment. 6 Once you’ve scheduled your screening, you will see the Order Confirmation page.
