What was the relationship between Native Americans and Europeans in the early years of settlement? Native Americans and Europeans generally cooperated with each other in the early years of settlement.

How did Africans and Indigenous peoples interact in the Americas? African and Indigenous peoples intermarried, which led to cultural diffusion. Cultural diffusion is the gradual spread of cultural features between different groups of people. This can take the form of technology, language, religion, etc.
