We will also take you through features such as EarlyView and Citation Tracking, and introduce you to our Journal Backfile Collections, which contain articles from issues dating back to Volume 1 Issue 1.

What’s available? more than 1,400 Journals available at interscience.wiley.com There are more than 460 journals on Wiley InterScience, available at interscience.wiley.com

Selecting Content Browse by subject area Run a search This is the Wiley InterScience homepage – www.interscience.wiley.com From here you are presented with several options for navigating to our journal content Browse lists of titles in any of 14 subject areas by clicking on the relevant subject link 2. You can run a basic search by using the search box to the left, or for more precise results click through to the Advanced Search page 3. Alternatively you can browse by product type and select “journals”. This is what we’re going to do now… Browse by product type

Browse by Subject Area Pathology To select an individual journal, click the title Pathology Screen 1:Once you have clicked on this link, you are able to browse our journals which are organised into subject areas, so it is very easy to navigate to the content you need. Screen 2:Here you can see the page for Medicine and Healthcare. If you want, you can further refine the list of journals by a more specific category, for example journals in Pathology, which are a subset of Medicine and Healthcare. Screen 3: And select the title you would like to view. From this page you can still run a basic search from the top right corner, by choosing to search All Content or by Publication Title. Or for more precise results click through to the Advanced Search page.

EarlyView Once you have clicked on the journal you wish to view, the link takes you to the homepage for that journal – in this case, The Journal of Pathology. Please note that this slide demonstrates an example of a journal homepage in “EarlyView”. EarlyView allows you to view the final copy-edited, peer-reviewed articles of a forthcoming issue before it is published in print. Navigation links for the journal include lists of Issues, Editors, Author Guidelines, Subscription and Advertising rates. Search in this Title allows you to target a keyword search to the current journal. Search by Citation lets you input an exact Volume, Issue, and Page Number to find a specific article. The Issues navigation link calls up a list of all issues available online for the journal Early View allows you to view articles before they’re published in print

Registered Users also have the option to save a specific article to My Profile, for easy access in the future. View content at an article level in either HTML or PDF

Target almost any range of publication dates—going as far back as 1799 Choose to sort your results based on relevance to your search terms, most recently published, or alphabetically by title. Run your search by filling out the Advanced Search form, using boolean operators where necessary
