Catering Selections RECOMMENDATION CATERING The following are suggestions for breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack. Energizing foods with high protein are recommended. Always include vegetarian options. Beverage Suggestions Coffee Tea Sodas (Diet and Regular) Water Juices in the morning Honest Teas Vitamin Water Available at all times and refreshed throughout the day Breakfast Suggestions Smoothie bar Yogurt parfaits with fruit, granola, yogurt Hard boiled eggs Oatmeal bar Low-fat breakfast burritos/sandwiches AM Snack Suggestions (if needed) Whole fruit Nuts (Be aware of allergies) Granola bars Lunch Suggestions Grilled meats, vegetables, low-carb side options (salad, couscous, whole-grains) Mexican burrito or salad bar Dessert tray with chocolate, fruit, nut elements (Be aware of allergies) PM Snack Suggestions Veggie Tray Hummus or Mediterranean Platter Energy bars, chocolate, nuts (Be aware of allergies)
