Workshop preparation What to do: before during after the RELANG workshop in your country

BEFORE the workshop Advertise the event via the web / social media (Twitter, Facebook) Contact your local EU office Issue a press / media release Invite a high-level official to open the workshop, i.e. representative from the Ministry of Education, ECML Governing Board member Order (free!) ECML materials for the event– 4 weeks before Send us : programme of the event list of participants (Excel or Word document only!)

DURING the workshop Take photographs Encourage participants at the event to subscribe to the ECML Newsletter / like the ECML Facebook page

AFTER the workshop Send us : Post-event report: local coordinator participants Six months impact report: participants (online survey) The 6 month impact report is very important as it helps us in the assessment of the RELANG initiative and it will be included as part of our report to the European Commission.
