Module 9 Develop supporting programmes Definition Supporting programmes are actions that are important in ensuring drinking-water safety but do not directly affect drinking-water quality (e.g. training and management practices) Explanation: activities that support the development of people’s skills and knowledge, commitment to the WSP approach and capacity to manage systems to deliver safe water. i.e. help you do your job well
