Maths: Multiplication and Division Know that multiplication can be done in any order. Know that division can not be done in any order Recall multiplication and division facts for 2, 5 and 10 multiplication tables. Calculate number sentences for multiplication and write them using x and = Practise multiplication facts to become more fluent and connect them to each other. Show that multiplication of two numbers can be done in any order. Maths: Multiplication and Division Relate multiplication facts to fractions and measures. Connect the 10 multiplication table to place value. Connect the 5 multiplication table to divisions on the clock face. Use a variety of language e.g multiples, lots of etc Solve problems in contexts using multiplication. Using multiplication facts. Using repeated addition. Using mental methods. Using materials. Using arrays.

Measurement & Statistics At One With Nature Choose and use appropriate units to estimate and measure length/height, mass, temperature and capacity. Use and construct tally charts, tables and block diagrams to show information about plants, living things and their habitats. Time I can tell and write the time using o’clock, quarter past, half past and quarter to. I can tell and write the time to the nearest 5 minutes in digital format. Units of measurement I know what unit of measurement to use to measure: Length/height Mass/weight Temperature Capacity Statistics I can use and make my own tally charts, tables and block diagrams to show information about plants and animals. Telling the time to the nearest five minutes. Topic Maths: Measurement & Statistics
