What’s due for Everyone 9/13/2018 What’s due for Everyone Annotated Bibliography-300 points groups combined sources in alphabetical order by last name of author-make sure you have done corrections from the first grade check-check turnitin.com to see what you need to do –if you do not look at turn it in, I will know that. So make sure that you check it for errors. typed, proper form-center Annotated Bibliography-you can add more sources double space and type Primary Sources then list your primary sources double space and type Secondary Sources then list your secondary sources annotation-3-5 sentences of the facts that you learned-do not give your opinion

Actual Rough Draft-150 points 9/13/2018 Paper-1500-2500 words Basically a rough draft of your actual paper typed have all your end notes, footnotes at the end of the paper correctly-these are not counted in your wordage Remember this can only be an individual project, it cannot be a group

Actual Rough Draft-150 points Exhibit remember an exhibit should be standing, not on poster board-a tri-fold display or similar display . All images and quoted materials used on the board or in the web site & documentary must give credit to the source in a very brief credit line that will not count toward the total word count. Every quote, photo, map, document, etc. on the exhibit board and every quote, photo, document, film clip, etc. used in a web site or documentary must have a tag line, or credit line. Do not use google images. Find where the picture, image, quote came from. in a file folder or big envelope, put the pictures that you have up to this point and describe the story you are going to explain in your exhibit

Actual Rough Draft-150 points 9/13/2018 Actual Rough Draft-150 points Documentary-needs to be 9 ¾ -10 minutes a rough draft of your script for your documentary-storyboard tell what music you will be using include your thesis statement on the storyboard don’t forget to include a slide at the end with a list of credits-must list the books and websites where you got your pictures-and where you got your music-this is not a bibliography-just list the sources because you have them listed and annotated in your Annotated Bibliography all pictures should have a byline telling us where the pictures came from

Actual Rough Draft-150 points 9/13/2018 Actual Rough Draft-150 points Documentary-needs to be 9 ¾ -10 minutes in a file folder or big envelope, put the pictures that you have up to this point for your documentary-even if it is a little replica all narration needs to be recorded-need sound-this should look like a documentary that would be played on the history channel you must burn a DVD or bring a flash drive with your documentary to school for viewing

Actual Rough Draft-150 points Website Create your website with the NHD Site Editor, hosted by weebly, found at http://nhd.weebly.com No more than 1200 visible, student-composed words, clips on website can total 4 minutes, but no more All pages are interconnected w/hypertext links No more than 100MB of file space You need to have copies of your process paper and Annotated Bibliography on the actual website-needs to be embedded to have the correct form All pictures should have a byline stating the source they came from

Actual Rough Draft-150 points Website Rough Draft -Have a story board similar to documentary -Copies of pictures that you will be using-need byline -Credits of your sources=just list web sites, books, etc, where you got your information-just titles, everything else is in the annotated bibliography -For grading purposes only you will need to upload a copy of the Annotated Bibliography, Process Paper and a Title Page -You need to include music, film clips (4 mins. max.) -You need to include your thesis

Actual Rough Draft-150 points 9/13/2018 Actual Rough Draft-150 points Performance-needs to be 9 ¾ -10 minutes a rough draft of your script for your performance tell who is what character tell what props you are going to be using tell what your background will look like this does not have to be typed, but it would be helpful-it would also help you to be able to go in and change it. Final performance needs to be memorized, remember that as you make the parts, make them equal

Thesis-Due for all groups-it should be written on the R.D. Remember to include your thesis on your rough draft. A thesis is a statement (Not a question) that you are going to prove in your exhibit, in your website, in your documentary, in your performance. If you need assistance on a thesis see the following people, Mrs. Jones, Mr. Bodenstein, Mr. Ripplemeyer, Dr. Mac. or any other English teacher.
