Measurable How will you know you’ve achieved your goal? Can you put a number on it? Time, distance, weight, grades, awards, college/job acceptance, records
ATTAINABLE Is it too easy to achieve? Is it too impossible to achieve? Make the goal healthy and within reach for the amount of time you set yourself
RELEVANT Do you have an emotional attachment to this dream? Will it hurt if you don’t get it and feel amazing if you do? Does it relate to what is going on in your life right now? Your goal must matter to you!
