Hypothesis Increased diversity in recreation activities, settings, experiences and beneficial outcomes at the neighborhood scale leads to increased community resilience and adaptive capacity.

Managing for Beneficial Outcomes Once you known the outcomes that are produced in a recreation setting: Set an outcome-based management objective. Prescribe setting conditions to facilitate the outcomes. Identify a service delivery network to achieve setting conditions and outcome-based management objective.
